Following last month’s record-breaking mega-parade of 236 cars, the Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) is back on the throttle—this time with motorcycles taking center stage. Now in its third year, the CIFOS 2-Wheels Festival has become the country’s largest celebration of motorcycle culture, racing, and lifestyle. From November 28 to 30, 2025 Clark International Speedway is alive with the roar of engines, the camaraderie of clubs, and the excitement of fans nationwide.
The spotlight falls today, November 29, with the official Grand Opening. The day will begin with MORAC GP qualifying rounds, where riders battle for pole positions in categories including the prestigious Ducati Cup and the fiercely contested Pirelli Cup. Each lap is a test of precision and endurance, setting the stage for tomorrow’s finals where champions will be crowned.

But the real crescendo comes at night. As the sun sets over Clark, the Speedway transforms into a festival of lights and adrenaline. The much-anticipated Tambike Night Race takes over, blending competition with culture. Riders showcase custom builds and club pride under the floodlights, while fans soak in the electric atmosphere of speed, music, and moto-fashion. It’s more than a race—it’s a celebration of identity and creativity on two wheels.
Voices of the Festival
For Michaelson Lim, Organizing Director of CIFOS, the Grand Opening is about more than just filling the grandstands. “Thank you for coming over and sharing our event,” he told the crowd. “Supporting this vision means uniting racers and enthusiasts. We hope to expand into more segments that people can look forward to year after year.”
Jhonny Tan, President of Kilton Motor Corporation, echoed the sentiment, framing CIFOS as a tradition that closes the racing calendar with community spirit. “CIFOS is more than just racing—it’s a festival,” he said.
“Riders and motorcycle owners enjoy pocket events around Clark City, culminating in the Gypsy Tour Parade and the MORAC finals. It’s a celebration of passion and pride.”
Meanwhile, Mike Manansala of Platinum Racing Team used the occasion to unveil their latest performance lubricant, engineered with a proprietary blend and precision manufacturing. “We’re proud to showcase ultimate racing performance,” he shared.
“This is the first of many innovations to come.”
Philip Ang, Pirelli Philippines: “Pirelli has always been a pioneer in supporting motorcycle racing. The same cutting-edge technology we supply to prestigious series like Formula 1 and MotoGP is embedded in the tires riders are using here on the track—such as the Diablo SCX.
What makes it special is that the public also gets access to the very same products used in the big leagues, bringing world-class performance directly to everyday riders.”
Jonathan Refugio, Racing Team Manager – Yamaha Motor Philippines Racing Team, Motorsports Senior Expert of YMPH: “CIFOS is more than just a festival—it’s a proving ground. For Yamaha, every lap and every rider represents our mission of Creating Champions.
The same discipline and passion we nurture on the track are what fuel our commitment to Philippine motorsports. Here at CIFOS, we’re not only competing—we’re building a culture where riders grow, excel, and inspire the next generation.”
More Than Racing
Around the grounds, the Pit Lane Hub buzzes with exhibits and gear showcases, while Rev & Dine offers a food village where riders and fans connect over shared stories. The Suzuki Safety Riding Clinic continues to emphasize skill and responsibility, proving that CIFOS is as much about learning as it is about racing.

Creativity is celebrated too, with the CIFOS Shutter Session Awards honoring standout storytellers from MoRac Access Day. Neihl Ernest Tan and Seth Enriquez take the spotlight for their winning photo and video entries, capturing the soul of motorsports in frames and reels.
A Movement on Two Wheels
Behind the festival is a strong network of partners—Clark Development Corporation, Kilton Motor Corporation, Clark International Speedway, Kart Plaza Manufacturing Corp., Yamaha, Sailun Tire, and Suzuki—whose support ensures that CIFOS continues to grow as a movement, not just an event.
From the roar of the Gypsy Tour to the thrill of MORAC qualifying, and from the spectacle of Tambike Nights to the camaraderie of Pit Lane, CIFOS 2-Wheels Festival 2025 promises to be the ultimate motorcycle gathering of the year. Today, Clark International Speedway isn’t just hosting races—it’s hosting a community, a culture, and a celebration of life on two wheels
