To support learners, HFI donated four motorcycle training units, two hybrid cars, and specialized tools for repair, maintenance, and diagnostics. Beyond equipment, the initiative also opens doors for top‑performing students to qualify for on‑the‑job training at Honda Philippines and Honda Cars Philippines, with the potential for future employment across Honda’s nationwide dealer network.

The program builds on the first Honda‑TESDA collaboration launched in 2024 and reflects Honda’s long‑term commitment to education, skills development, and community support. By working closely with TESDA and the academe, HFI continues to invest in opportunities that prepare young Filipinos for meaningful careers in the automotive industry.
Honda Foundation’s goal is clear: to be a company that society wants to exist—one that empowers the next generation, supports communities, and helps drive the country forward.
