Isuzu Strengthens South Luzon Presence with Upgraded Sta. Rosa Facility

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has unveiled the newly modernized Isuzu Sta. Rosa dealership, upgraded to meet the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS). This renovation is part of IPC’s nationwide modernization program, designed not only to refresh the brand’s image but also to deliver a better customer experience — from purchase to aftersales service.

A Modern Facility for a Growing Region

Strategically located in one of South Luzon’s fastest‑growing corridors, the Sta. Rosa dealership now spans 6,798 square meters. The 539‑square‑meter showroom can display up to three light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and two trucks, giving customers a full view of Isuzu’s lineup. New features include a dedicated sales lounge, a smoother vehicle releasing area, and an upgraded Body Repair and Paint (BRP) section.

The 2,198‑square‑meter service facility is equipped with five service bays for LCVs and two for trucks, ensuring efficient service for both private and commercial customers.

Commitment to Customer Care

IPC President Mikio Tsukui led the inauguration, emphasizing Isuzu’s focus on consistent service nationwide: “At Isuzu, our commitment goes beyond expanding our reach. We continuously improve our facilities to ensure every customer receives the same high level of care across all 50 dealerships nationwide.”

The Sta. Rosa dealership is operated by GENCARS Inc., a long‑standing partner of IPC. GENCARS President Lerma Nacnac expressed confidence in the new facility: “This dealership represents our continued investment in better service. With improved facilities and expanded capacity, we can meet the growing demands of Sta. Rosa and nearby communities.”

Isuzu’s Nationwide Strength

With 50 dealerships across the Philippines, Isuzu customers enjoy convenient access to service, genuine parts, and expert care wherever they are. This strong support system reinforces Isuzu’s reputation as “Your Responsible Partner” — delivering durable, fuel‑efficient vehicles backed by reliable aftersales service.

For over two decades, Isuzu has remained the country’s number one truck brand, built on a foundation of durability, reliability, and trusted customer care.
