Isuzu Philippines Strengthens NCR Presence with Valenzuela Dealership Launch

In a major step toward strengthening its presence in the National Capital Region, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), in partnership with long-time dealer Industrial and Transport Equipment, Inc. (INTECO), has officially opened its newest dealership in Valenzuela City. This expansion is part of IPC’s ongoing “Road to 50” program, which aims to increase accessibility and support for customers across the Philippines.

The launch event was attended by key figures including Valenzuela City Mayor Wesley Gatchalian, IPC Executive Vice President Yasuhiko Oyama, and INTECO President Raymond Jarina, symbolizing Isuzu’s continued investment in customer service and dealership network growth in areas with strong economic potential.

“Strategically located in Valenzuela—the ‘Northern Gateway’ of Metro Manila—this new dealership is poised to play a crucial role in our mission to serve more Filipinos with world-class Isuzu products and services,” said Oyama. “From sales to aftersales, Isuzu Valenzuela is designed with customer experience in mind—from our spacious showroom to our modern, well-equipped service bays.”

Meeting Demand in a Thriving Economic Hub

Situated along the busy MacArthur Highway, the new dealership covers 1,955 square meters, featuring a 140-square-meter showroom capable of displaying up to three light commercial vehicles and one commercial truck. Its 950-square-meter service area houses nine service bays—four for light commercial vehicles and five for heavy-duty trucks—ensuring comprehensive support for both individual buyers and commercial fleet customers.

INTECO: A Legacy of Trust and Service

This Valenzuela dealership marks INTECO Group’s seventh Isuzu branch nationwide, continuing its legacy of excellence that began in the 1960s with its flagship EDSA Balintawak location.

“We are grateful for the generations of loyal customers who have trusted INTECO and Isuzu throughout the decades,” said Jarina. “With our Valenzuela branch, we’re excited to serve this dynamic city and showcase why INTECO remains ‘The Dealer That Knows Isuzu Best.’”

In addition to the Valenzuela opening, INTECO has also recently modernized its other branches across Quezon Avenue, Pampanga, Dagupan, Urdaneta, Baguio, and its original EDSA dealership, reflecting its commitment to providing consistent, high-quality service across its growing network.

Commitment to Excellence

This expansion aligns with Isuzu’s “Isuzu Advantage” promise—a commitment to delivering durable vehicles, responsive aftersales service, and a customer-first approach. Through strategic dealership development and continued collaboration with trusted partners like INTECO, IPC reinforces its leadership in the commercial and light commercial vehicle sector, especially in key urban growth areas like Valenzuela.
