VinFast has taken a bold step in accelerating its growth in the Philippines by officially signing strategic collaboration agreements with four prominent local partners: Goodyear Philippines, Tire King and Rubber Products, Power Tread Services, and Marcjan Cavite. These alliances mark a significant milestone in VinFast’s mission to establish more than 100 authorized service workshops nationwide by the end of 2025.
Under the newly signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), VinFast will work hand-in-hand with these seasoned automotive service providers to deliver comprehensive maintenance, repair, and electric vehicle (EV) care services that meet VinFast’s global standards.
Among the key highlights:

Goodyear Philippines will lead the charge with a commitment to open 50 VinFast-authorized workshops.

Marcjan Cavite plans to launch 8 service centers.

Tire King and Power Tread Services will each establish 7 workshops.
Each of these facilities will be equipped with advanced tools, cutting-edge diagnostic equipment, and professionally trained technicians. VinFast is committed to ensuring that all service partners offer genuine parts and deliver a seamless, high-quality service experience to VinFast vehicle owners.
In support of this ambitious rollout, VinFast will provide robust technical assistance, staff training programs, and continuous consultation to its partners—reinforcing its long-term investment in the Philippine EV market.
These latest agreements follow previous MOUs signed with JIGA and Motech, further strengthening VinFast’s growing after-sales service ecosystem in the country. Together, these collaborations form a powerful foundation for VinFast’s sustainable growth in the region.
