Ten days and two Grand Prix to give some direction to the season of Indonesian Racing Gresini Moto3 Team who gets ready for the Italian-Catalan back-to-back events.
Mugello. The team has not been seen on the podium there since 2018, when Martin and Diggia gave the squad a dream one-two following a disastrous Le Mans round. The French trip was also one to forget for Rodrigo and Alcoba, so the Tuscan hills could bring a breath of fresh air and good results. Gabriel Rodrigo has a best result of fourth in 2018, while Jeremy Alcoba will have to do some study prior to the event, as he is yet to turn wheels on the spectacular Italian track.
Montmelò. It is a different story there, because this is going to be the home round for both Gresini riders. Jeremy Alcoba knows the track like the back of his hand (he already won there in the CEV) while Rodrigo has a pole position and a podium finish from 2018.
The start of the 2021 season has seen great speed and poor results for the Indonesian Racing Gresini Moto3 team and the goal is to change the momentum starting from Mugello. Moto3 proceedings will begin this Friday at 9am local time (GMT +2).
