The riders Simone Corsi and Lorenzo Baldassarri return home with a bitter taste in their mouths, ready to turn the page.
Simone Corsi has started his Sunday going on track for the WarmUp of this morning trying to bring the last adjustments to his F2. The race has seen him gain several positions and has been useful for the data obtained, important for the work of the team outside the track.

Lorenzo Baldassarri on his side was the protagonist of a strong highside during the WarmUp, which caused the breakage of many parts of the bike. The team did its best to be ready for the race. Unfortunately Lorenzo was forced to retire after only 3 laps from the start.

It’s time to go back home where the work for the team will continue. The thirteenth round is set for the weekend of 10,11 and 12 September for the Grand Prix of Aragon.
Simone Corsi – Rider #24
“Right from the start we struggled and unfortunately we couldn’t improve over the course of the race. We made a difficult choice with the soft rear tyre. The grip in fact was very good at the beginning, although then we were not able to reap the benefits of our work. Now we continue with the analysis of the data in view of the next Grand Prix”.

Lorenzo Baldassarri – Rider #7
“Unfortunately the crash this morning in WarmUp was very bad. Fortunately I didn’t get hurt and I’m okay, even though I hit many parts of my body. As for the bike, it suffered a lot of damage after the crash and this compromised our race. I want to thank the guys who did their best to fix it. Now we are thinking about the next Grand Prix and we won’t be discouraged”.
