Bosch Car Service PH Becomes First in the Industry to Secure VinFast Accreditation

In a landmark move for electric mobility in the country, Bosch Car Service Philippines, a subsidiary of ACMobility, has become the first-ever accredited Level 2 service partner of VinFast Auto Philippines.

Through a newly signed Service Level Agreement (SLA), Bosch Car Service centers nationwide are now officially authorized to perform advanced aftersales services on VinFast’s connected electric vehicle lineup—a first in the local industry.

This milestone accreditation, granted after Bosch technicians completed VinFast’s rigorous technical training, empowers Bosch Car Service to deliver:

  • Advanced diagnostics

  • Software updates

  • Campaign repairs

  • Comprehensive warranty servicing

A total of 10 Bosch Car Service centers are expected to be fully operational by June 2025, reinforcing a service network capable of supporting the growing EV ecosystem across the country.

The SLA signing ceremony was held at Bosch Car Service Bacoor, led by key executives from both companies: Steve M. Gingco, Head of AutoCare and Retail Group, ACMobility, Doan Thi Mai Anih, President and CEO, VinFast Auto Philippines Corp., Geronimo T. Campilan, General Manager, Bosch Car Service Philippines

“This partnership reflects our commitment to innovation, technical excellence, and customer-first service as the Philippine market transitions to electrification,” said Steve M. Gingco. “By elevating our EV servicing capabilities, we aim to deliver the level of care, confidence, and convenience that today’s electric vehicle owners expect and deserve.”

With a complete suite of offerings—from mechanical maintenance to complex electronic diagnostics—Bosch Car Service is setting the benchmark for future-ready automotive care in the Philippines.

This partnership not only enhances the ownership experience for VinFast EV drivers, but also plays a vital role in ACMobility’s broader vision: accelerating e-mobility adoption through a trusted, nationwide service infrastructure.
