Caltex, marketed by Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI), is set to redefine the refueling experience along the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) with the groundbreaking of its first fuel service station on the expressway. Scheduled to open in March 2026, the upcoming site promises to be more than just a pit stop—it’s a destination designed to enhance every journey.

Powered by Partnerships
The project is made possible through a strategic partnership with the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD), which leased the two-hectare property to Caltex. The initiative is expected to boost local economic activity, with new businesses and job opportunities emerging within the site.
Lt. Col. Richard Antonio Tamayo, President of Perpetual Help Medical Center Las Piñas, shared: “This project enhances mobility and convenience while paving the way for regional development. We’re proud to support Caltex’s mission of making quality fuel more accessible to Filipinos.”
Arlette V. Capistrano, VP for Communication and Stakeholder Management of CALAX, added: “This milestone marks our first toll service facility with Caltex. It’s a shared commitment to provide motorists with a safe, clean, and reliable place to rest and refuel.”
Pongtorn Tangmanuswong, CPI General Manager and Country Chairman, concluded: “This isn’t just about breaking ground—it’s about building a future of enhanced mobility, stronger partnerships, and elevated customer service. This station will be a vital link for travelers across Southern Luzon.”
