Just one year into its transformation journey, ACMobility is already making waves across the mobility landscape—locally and globally. Since its relaunch on March 1, 2024, the company has redefined what it means to lead with purpose, earning prestigious accolades that spotlight its commitment to innovation, inclusion, and people-powered progress.

A Year of Milestones and Momentum

In 2025 alone, ACMobility has secured a series of high-profile recognitions:

  • Excellence in Business Transformation at the HR Excellence Awards in Manila
  • Most People-Focused CEO awarded to Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, honoring his leadership rooted in empathy and empowerment
  • Bronze for Best Transformation Strategy at the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers in New York, placing ACMobility among global industry leaders

Earlier this year, the Employees’ Compensation Commission commended ACMobility’s Return-to-Work Assistance Program for Persons with Work-Related Disabilities (PWRDs)—a powerful testament to the company’s inclusive culture and care-driven approach.

“These recognitions affirm that transformation begins with people,” said Ariane Nava, Chief People Officer. “By cultivating a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and growth, we empower every ACMobilizer to thrive—and to drive meaningful impact for our customers and communities.”

Redefining Mobility, One Person at a Time

CEO Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala emphasized that these awards mark the beginning of a much larger movement:

“Being recognized in our first full year of transformation reflects the heart of our mission—empowering people, creating sustainable solutions, and reshaping the mobility experience. This is how we lead the way.”

Growth with Purpose

Since its rebrand, ACMobility has accelerated both its business and people agenda:

  • Headcount surged from 1,370 in 2023 to over 1,600 by mid-2025, with a target of 1,700+ by year-end
  • Expansion of the BYD brand and Mobility Infrastructure Group fueled organizational growth
  • ACMobility became the first automotive company in the Philippines to be certified as a Top Employer for 2025, affirming its global competitiveness and people-first strategy

Setting New Standards

From inclusive programs to global recognition, ACMobility is not just transforming mobility in the Philippines—it’s setting new benchmarks for leadership, innovation, and sustainable growth on the world stage.
