JL Daez Joins Ford PH, Boosting Communications for the Road Ahead

Seasoned communications executive Joseph Lawrence “JL” Daez has officially joined Ford Philippines as Communications Manager, effective today.

With over 15 years of experience in branding, strategic communications, and campaign execution, JL brings a wealth of expertise to the role. He has led multi-million-peso initiatives across advertising, public relations, and marketing—building impactful brands and delivering results across diverse industries.

Prior to joining Ford, JL served as Account Director at EON The Stakeholder Relations Group, where he spearheaded strategic communications programs for high-profile clients in the automotive, healthcare, consumer tech, and energy sectors. His portfolio includes successful campaigns for Nissan, Unilab, and Shell, driving brand reputation, product visibility, and stakeholder engagement.

JL also held the role of Marketing Communications Manager at Peugeot Philippines, where he developed and executed integrated 360-degree communications strategies. His work spanned social media, press relations, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.

In his new role at Ford Philippines, JL will report to EJ Francisco, Communications Director for Ford Philippines and Asia Pacific Distributor Markets (APDM). He will also collaborate closely with Ogilvy Philippines, Ford’s integrated marketing communications agency-of-record.

JL’s appointment marks a strategic move for Ford Philippines as it continues to strengthen its brand presence and deepen engagement with Filipino consumers through innovative and impactful communications.
