Already a multi-time TGR Vios Cup champion, Anton proved once again why he’s considered the country’s brightest racing prodigy, conquering the Tamaraw One-Make Race (OMR) category with precision, grit, and flair.
Friday: Pole and a Statement Win
Anton wasted no time setting the tone. On Friday, he stormed to pole position, laying down a lap that left rivals chasing shadows. In Race 1, he converted that advantage flawlessly, leading every lap and crossing the line with a 4-second cushion over Oliver Aquino. It was a textbook drive, the kind that makes dominance look effortless.
Saturday: Reverse Grid, No Problem

What followed was a showcase of his racecraft: bold overtakes on Raymond Cudala and Alain Alzona, executed with precision and confidence. By the closing laps, Anton had carved through the pack to take his second win of the weekend, proving he thrives under pressure.
Sunday: Rain and Restraint
The final race was a wet-weather test. Again, starting from 6th, Anton aimed for the perfect hat trick. The rain made grip scarce, but he kept his cool, climbing to second place behind Russell Reyes. It wasn’t just about speed, it was about strategy. 
“It was quite tough to overtake in the rain because there’s less grip, but I am very happy to secure 2nd place coming from a reverse grid,” Anton said. “Russell Reyes drove an amazing and very strategic race. I didn’t want to force mistakes or crash out and lose points. Two wins and a second-place finish is a great result for our championship campaign.”
