After a pandemic-induced 2 year absence, MIAS returns

The ongoing COVID pandemic has been rough for car manufacturers and car enthusiasts alike. The car peeps have had to put on hold what they loved to do best for one reason or another. Car shows were postponed indefinitely until conditions became favorable for them to be held.

But now as the situation is slowly improving with infection numbers steadily on the downturn, restrictions are being eased to startup the local economy once again. And with that we are happy to let you guys know that Worldbex Services International will be holding the 16th edition of the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) later in the year, April to be exact.

If you recall, MIAS went the digital route in 2020, where you could virtually walk through the different brand exhibits and see custom cars right in the security and safety of you own home using a computer or smartphone. This year however, MIAS goes physical, live, in the sheet metal product displays of the latest that the automotive industry can offer.

Not only the car brands will be out in full force, the aftermarket industry will also struting their stuff with their latest hardware and services. From big to small, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment and miniature diecast cars will also be on display. For the aftermarket enthusiasts, customized rides and restored classic car displays will also be a part of the event. And just to make sure that they have all bases covered, MIAS will have test drives of different car brands to boot for those who will be going to pick out they next car.

MIAS is happening on April 7 to 10, 2022 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
