CIFOS Ignites Phase 2 with the 2-Wheels Festival This Weekend

Following a historic, record-breaking opening last month with a mega-parade of 236 cars, the Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) is shifting gears for its high-octane second phase: the 2-Wheels Festival.

Now in its third year, the 2-Wheels Festival is the country’s largest celebration of motorcycle culture and racing, set to thunder into the Clark International Speedway (CIS) from November 28 to 30, 2025. Riders, clubs, and fans nationwide will converge for three adrenaline-charged days of speed, style, and solidarity.
