The Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) 2026 4 Wheels Festival is set for October 16–18 at Clark International Speedway, and for us at 2Ner Nation, it feels like coming home to a motorsport culture we’ve seen evolve right before our eyes.
Now on its third edition for four wheels, CIFOS has become more than just a weekend of racing. It’s a living showcase of what Philippine motorsport can be — championship battles, spectacular cars, custom builds, car clubs, food, exhibits, and a community that keeps growing stronger every year.
For three days, Clark turns into a playground. We’ve seen seasoned drivers share the same trackside with collectors, builders, photographers, families, and even first‑timers who just want to feel the rush. That’s the magic of CIFOS: it welcomes everyone who loves speed, whether you’re behind the wheel or behind the lens.
Clark’s Bigger Vision
CIFOS is part of a larger dream, and we’ve heard it straight from the man behind the Speedway.
Clark International Speedway President Johnny Tan told us: “Through CIFOS, we wish to help establish Clark Freeport Zone as the epicenter of Philippine motorsports and a renowned travel and tourism destination for automotive and motorcycle events in Southeast Asia.”

Six Ways to Experience CIFOS
Every edition has its highlights, and we’ve walked through each of them ourselves:
- PHIMOS Cup — Championship racing where the country’s best drivers fight for points.
- The Pitlane — A showcase of brands, builds, gear, and products that always draws the crowd.
- Tour d’Elegance — Last year we saw 236 cars roll out in one parade, a spectacle of culture and passion.
- Track Experience — Guided sessions that let enthusiasts take their own cars onto the circuit.
- Rev & Dine — The food bazaar that keeps the energy alive between races.
- On the Grid — The car meet where clubs, collectors, and builders connect and showcase their machines.
Frames of Speed: Capturing the Growth
We’ve also seen how CIFOS has embraced creativity. The pre‑festival photo competition, CIFOS Trackside: Frames of Speed, broke records this year with almost 90 registrants across both four‑wheel and two‑wheel categories.
Partnering with Sony Philippines, Epson Philippines, and Cars & Prints, the competition proves that motorsport isn’t just about racing — it’s about capturing the emotion, the speed, and the culture. The winners will be honored during the festival, with their work displayed at the Trade Hall photo gallery.
