A night of celebration, recognition, and sheer automotive pride unfolded at the Solaire Grand Ballroom in Parañaque City as Ford Philippines honored its top-performing dealers at the much-anticipated 2025 Ford Dealer Convention.

In a grand tribute to excellence, Ford dealers from across the country gathered under one roof to be recognized for their exceptional contributions in Sales, Service, and Customer Experience (CX) — all vital pillars of the Ford brand’s continued success in the Philippines.

Celebrating the Best in Sales

The spotlight shone brightly on individuals and dealer teams who surpassed targets and delivered impressive retail and fleet performance. Taking top honors in Metro Manila, Justine Faith Lim of Ford Global City dominated multiple categories — a clear standout in Ranger, Everest, and Territory retail sales.

Provincial champions like Roxanne Marie Roa (Ford Cagayan de Oro) and Aira Janica Quizon (Ford Pampanga & Ford General Santos) also made their mark, proving that excellence knows no geographical bounds.

Ford Alabang emerged as a CX powerhouse, sweeping awards for Overall Customer Experience, Sales, and Service CX.
