The NTGP brings together the best mechanics from Yamaha dealerships across the country, each certified through the rigorous Yamaha Technical Academy (YTA)—a global training program that sets the benchmark for motorcycle servicing excellence. The NTGP is the ultimate platform for these elite technicians to showcase their advanced diagnostic abilities, technical know-how, and problem-solving expertise.
The competition unfolds in three key stages:
-
Pre-Qualifying Test – Selection begins at the dealership level.
-
Regional Technician Grand Prix – A written exam evaluates technical knowledge, product mastery, and service proficiency.
-
National Technician Grand Prix – The top scorers advance to the prestigious final round.
From an initial pool of 345 skilled participants, only the Top 10 have earned their place in the NTGP 2025:

The NTGP champion will go on to represent Yamaha Motor Philippines at the Yamaha World Technician Grand Prix in Japan, competing against the best technicians from around the globe.
